In recent years the Serviced Apartment sector started to establish itself on the European market and now represents one lucrative alternative for investors.

The IHIF is going to draw special attention to this with the panel discussion ‘Serviced Apartments – What’s the opportunity’.  

Panel host and moderator Jonathan Humphries, owner and chairman of HoCoSo Hospitality Consulting Solutions introduces the topic: ‘Whilst this burgeoning sector has grown phenomenally throughout time, the extended-stay market is still highly fragmented and immense opportunities for investment remain.
